Every table is protected by row-level security in Postgres, so one customer cannot read another's rows even if the application layer has a bug. Store credentials live in an encrypted vault and are never sent to the browser.
Questions people actually ask
Does ParcelAI need access to my inbox?
No. You forward specific mail to an address we generate for you. We never connect to your mailbox, and we cannot read anything you do not forward.
What happens when the agent is not sure?
The update is flagged for manual review rather than written to your store. You approve or dismiss it from the dashboard, and nothing syncs in the meantime.
Which platforms are supported?
Shopify and WooCommerce today. Manual mode works with any platform — updates appear in the dashboard and you apply them however you like.
Can I see what it did and why?
Yes. Every stock update keeps the source email subject and extract alongside the parsed values, so you can always check the agent’s work.
